2-3 salmon fillets

4 small lobster tails

Season for te meat

3 tsp os Slap yo momma

2 1/2 tsp of Old bay

3 tsp of Garlic powder

3 tsp of Onion powder

3  1/2 tsp of Garlic 


2 tsp of Ground red 


2 tsp of olive oil 

2 Tbsp of butter

1 lemon  (squeezed)

Season for the rice

4-6 cups of Cooked rice

2 tsp of Salt

1 tsp of Pepper

2 tsp of onion powder

1/2 of large onion 


1/2 cup of Frozen peas

and carrots

1  1/2 Tbsp of Soy sauce

(low sodium)

1 Tbsp of butter

2 eggs


Cut up and clean your salmon and lobster.

Rinse and pat dry, then season your meat. Place a pan on medium high heat .

Add your olive oil to the pan. Once you oil heats up, add your salmon.

Let your salmon cook for about 3 minutes on one side then flip them over.

Add some butter and squeeze some 

lemon over your salmon . Base your salmon while you let it finish cooking for about  3 more

minutes, or until it’s cooked all the way through. Once done, place it to the side. Next, add

some more butter to the pan. Once your butter melts, add your lobster.

Squeeze some lemon

over your lobster, and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Once done, place to the side.

Clean out your pan and place it back on medium high heat. Add some olive oil to the pan.

Once oil heats up, crack two eggs into the pan. Add some saltand pepper, and give it a nice

scrambled. Once done, place to the side, Add your butter to the pan. Once your butter melt,

add your onions. Let them cook for about 2 minutes or until translucent. Next , add your peas and carrots. Add a little bit of salt and pepper. Mix everything together and let it cook for about 3 minutes.

Add your rice. Give it a mix then add your soy sauce and seasoning. Mix everything together.

Add hour salmon, lobster, and eggs back to the pan. Give it a nice toss, and there you have it.
