A pretty snap of my layered chia pudding and green smoothie pot from the top ☺️🌱🍏🌻

This was such an awesome way to start the day Ngl🥳🥳. It packs a punch of plant protein, healthy fats, tons of antioxidants, anti-inflammatories and a whole host of vitamins and minerals😄.

Recipe:

Chia pudding base:
Ingredients:

1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a 500ml jar and stir well
2. Leave overnight or for a few hours
3. Top up with plant milk if too solid

Green Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1 cup spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 pear
2 tbsp hemp protein
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
Almond or coconut milk

Method:
1. Fill with plant milk till 1cm below solid ingredients
2. Blend all together

Green chia pudding Sunday:
Method:
1. Layer about 1/3 cup of chia pudding in the bottom of a jar or glass
2. spoon in 1/3 cup of smoothie
3. Sprinkle granola, seeds, nuts or whatever you fancy over the smoothie layer
4. Repeat and enjoy !!
