Recipe:

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds ground
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1 heaped tsp cashew butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp unsweetened apple puree
1 tbsp raw honey or sun vegan alternative (can add more to taste)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder or Dutch process cocoa powder

Method:
1. Whisk all wet ingredients together
2. Whisk in cinnamon and cocoa powder
3. Whisk in the ground chia seeds
4. Portion into ramekins and decorate with coconut flakes and cacao nibs
