Antioxidant boost summer fruit smoothie bowl🥳🍓🫐🥥🍌

I prefer to use a hand blender to make smoothie bowl smoothies as u don’t need to add as much liquid 🤗

Recipe:

Summer fruit smoothie:
1 small banana
1 cup frozen summer fruits (berries)
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pea protein powder
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
Coconut milk

Method:
Blend all smoothie ingredients together, transfer to bowl and top with your favourites (I used coconut flakes, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, homemade granola and chopped nuts ☺️)
