Healthier Vegan Vanilla Custard RECIPE🥳🌻

This custard is perfect pouring consistency! It’s great paired with a warm spoon of crumble ☺️.

3 cups oat milk
1.5 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 Tsp honey or agave
1 Tsp smooth roasted cashew butter
3 Tsp vanilla extract

1. Heat milk in pan while you whisk together the other ingredients
2. Add the first 1/4 cup of the hot milk slowly whisking until totally combined and then adding the rest and whisking
3. Return the uncooked custard to the pan and heat until thickened
4. Enjoy!!
