Homemade oil-free hummus on home-baked wholegrain low GI bread 🥳☺️🤗🌻

Simply Topped with sliced cherry tomatoes, dates, mixed herbs, wholegrain mustard and lemon juice🍅🍋

Houmous ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1 can borlotti beans (u can use chickpeas instead but I think these give a nicer texture)
1 tbsp light tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
1 small clove of garlic
1/4 cup water
A little salt and pepper

Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor

Wholegrain bread:
3 cups of jumbo oat flakes
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower
1/4 cup Ground flax
2 cup of water
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method:
Mix 3/4 cup water and ground flax leave for 5 min to turn into a flax egg

Add the other ingredients and mix well

Transfer to a 2lb loaf tin lined with paper and bake at 160C Fan for 45-60 min
