I’ve started to meal prep to stop me from eating so much sugar and carbs, so today we have:

Tri-colour quinoa and bulgar wheat cooked with:
Mixed spice
The juice of 1 satsuma
Dash sesame oil
Chilli flakes
1 clove crushed garlic

Roasted veg:
Baby peppers
White onion
Courgette
Green beans

Pan fried:
Tenderstem broccoli
Halloumi
Tofu

Dressing:
Apple cider vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Topped with:
Raw spinach
Pomegranate
