My favourite summer breakfast🥳🥳 it’s super balanced with plant based protein, complex carbs and healthy fats… plus it’s DELICIOUS🥳☺️

Recipe:

Ingredients
For smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
1 tbsp pea protein isolate
2 tbsp hemp protein isolate
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Almond milk to just below solid ingredients

To top:
2 tbsp Granola
Handful of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
A few nuts crushed
Flaked almonds

Method:
1. Blend smoothie ingredients
2 top with the rest
3. Enjoy 🥳🥳
