No proving or kneading involved!! Just combine all your ingredients and bake in a loaf pan for an hour!

This bread won’t spike up your blood sugar (low glycemic index) and it packs much more protein than conventional bread!!


2 cups of rye flakes
2 cups of jumbo oat flakes
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of flax seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4cup Ground flax
2 cup of water
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup hemp protein powder
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1. Mix all ingredients together and place mix into a 2lb log pan lined with baking parchment

2. Bake at 160 degrees C for 1 hour
