Simplified version of my previous wholegrain loaf recipe ☺️🌻🥳
It’s still lovely and I can’t really tell the difference tbh 😂… I recommend cutting with a straight edge knife not serrated.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 cups of jumbo oat flakes
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower
1/4 cup Ground flax
2 cup of water
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method:
Make flax egg with 1/4 cup of ground flax and 3/4 cup of water leave to thicken for 5 mins
Mix in the vinegar then add all the other ingredients.
Place in a 2lb loaf tin lined with paper and bake for 45-60 min at 160C fan
